Executive Directors
Managing Director - Russell Green
Russell joined Allied Leasing Corporation Pty Ltd (ALC) in 1974. He was a director of ALC for 15 years and the Allied Capital Group Ltd (the holding company) for some years. Russell left ALC in 1990 to join Security Capital Corporation Pty Ltd to revive the equipment financing division. He was a director of Security Capital Corporation Pty Ltd for 12 years.
Russell's major area of focus is the structuring of more complex transactions, particularly operating leases. His major clients are in the mining, aviation, manufacturing and marine industries.
Executive Director - Mark Caddy CPA, F.Fin, Dip FS
After 7 years in accounting and administration in the construction and mining industries Mark joined the then Allied Leasing Corporation Pty Ltd (ALC) in 1987. He left Allied 5 years later and spent two years as General Manager of a public company and two years with Oakvale Capital in a corporate advisory role before joining Security Capital Corporation Pty Ltd in 1995.
Mark does most of the day to day management of staff and office procedures as well as having his own client base to service. . He also holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) and is a member of MFAA state committee for Equipment and General Business Finance and a member of the board of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia.
Mark Kinsella B. Bus, Dip FS
Mark joined Security Allied Finance Pty Ltd in 2003 after 20 years in the finance industry, including 18 years with Bank of Western Australia Ltd, formerly Rural and Industries Bank of Western Australia Ltd in its Perth and Sydney offices. He holds extensive finance and banking experience obtained through undertaking varied business development and credit risk related roles.
He holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).
Gavin Hill
Gavin comes from a farming background and his family still farm in the Corrigin district. Gavin has over 18 years experience with a major Bank, which includes 8 years in the Business and Agricultural Lending arena and 6 years in Specialist Asset Finance managing the Southern wheatbelt and metropolitan area. Gavin's experience leaves him well placed to provide the right finance solutions in a timely manner. Gavin joined the Security Allied Finance team in March 2006.
David Glass
Davids career in the finance industry spans 15 years. David joined Security Allied Finance team in March 2007, and prior to that managed a business portfolio with a major Bank specialising in all facets of business, home and equipment finance.
Scott Green
Scott comes from an engineering trade background where he specialised in heavy equipment and processing plant fabrication, working predominantly in the mining industry in the Pilbara.
Since joining the Security Allied Finance Team, Scott has managed clients from small contractors to large mining and civil companies.
Craig Nelson
Craig's career in the finance industry began when he joined Security Allied in 1999. Craig has built a large portfolio of clients spanning a number of industries. These include Transport Fleet Operators, Civil Companies, Crushing and Screening and Large Rental Fleets. Craig also manages a number of strategic supplier relationships.
Kim Vanderweide Dip FS
Kim joined Security Allied Finance in September 2010 to grow the equipment finance business. Kim has 6 years previous banking experience with Westpac and 6 years experience in motor vehicle finance with GMAC, along with numerous management positions within the car industry. Kim spent the prior 18 months in finance broking and has completed his Diploma of Financial Services, he is well placed to assist with any equipment or vehicle finance needs within the engineering, mining or construction sectors.
Bob Malden
Bob recently joined SAF in 2008 after working for a Bankwest for 33 years mainly in the corporate and commercial lending division. His main areas of expertise are in the property development and funding business growth areas.
Bob’s vast experience within the industry has him well placed to deal effectively with your business or consumer funding requirements.
